How long does it take to receive my made to order item?
Production times can vary based on the item and current order volume. Please
allow (10 business days) for your order to be shipped.

What does “made to order“ mean?
It means that your ordered item will be produced after your order is placed.

What does all sales final mean?
All sales are final, once the purchase has been made, it cannot be returned or
exchanged. We encourage you to review the size chart and product descriptions
carefully before making a purchase.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been
confirmed. If you notice an error with your order after it's been placed,
please contact our customer service team. While we cannot make any
changes to the order, it can be cancelled if it has not been fulfilled.
